Federal and Michigan returns for S corporations, partnerships, LLCs and sole proprietors, prepared by a CPA.

Business tax returns I prepare

  • S corporation returns (Form 1120-S)
  • Partnership and multi-member LLC returns (Form 1065)
  • Sole proprietor and single-member LLC income (Schedule C)
  • Michigan returns, including the optional flow-through entity tax election
  • Owner K-1s and how they flow to your personal return

However, pricing depends on the size of the business and the condition of your books, so every business return gets a quote before work begins.
