Do I have to be a tax client to work with you as an agent?
No. You can work with me on a purchase or sale only, tax help only, or both.
Can you help me figure out the taxes on selling my home?
Yes. Many homeowners can exclude up to $250,000 of gain ($500,000 for married couples filing jointly) if they meet the ownership and use tests (see IRS Topic 701). I will walk through how the rules apply to you.
Do you work with rental property investors?
Yes. I can help you evaluate a rental before you buy and handle the tax reporting after, including depreciation.
Where do you work?
I help buyers and sellers throughout Metro Detroit, including Huntington Woods, Berkley, Royal Oak and the rest of Oakland County.
